The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, City of Sacramento, and United Core Alliance are partnering to bring a pilot program to learn to assist Northgate businesses with understanding your lease, identifying what your responsibilities are and those of the property owner, and what to do when it’s time to renew.
