Sidewalk Vending Ordinance Chapter 4.55 and 6.05 of the Sacramento County Code was approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 28, 2025. This ordinance is to regulate compact mobile food operations within the County of Sacramento to ensure compliance with County ordinances and State laws, and to protect the public and ensure food safety.
