This will be a year-long set of workshops and opportunities to meet and hear from legal experts to help protect your business.

We invite you to join us for an additional listening session on Wednesday, February 28 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Stanford Settlement Center. | Nov 27 Pilot Program for Commercial Lease Assistance - Listening Session for Businesses |
The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, City of Sacramento, and United Core Alliance are partnering to bring a pilot program to learn to assist Northgate businesses with understanding your lease, identifying what your responsibilities are and those of the property owner, and what to do when it’s time to renew. This will be a year-long set of workshops and opportunities to meet and hear from legal experts to help protect your business.
Before the official launch, we want to hear from you, the businesses. We invite you to join us for an additional listening session on Wednesday, February 28 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Stanford Settlement Center. It’s free, and safe gathering for our partnership to learn what your concerns and questions you have regarding commercial leases to help us create a program that benefits you.
