YDN is looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and the communities we serve.  The Operations Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and will serve as a member of YDN’s Leadership Team.

About the Position
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient internal operations of the organization and alignment with the organization’s values and mission.  The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of fiscal management, human resources, and business operations that support our mission-driven goals.

Key functions include understanding all aspects of YDN’s culture, personnel, programs, communication strategies, community relationships, and how they work together to build the capacity of the organization.
