The City of Elk Grove Public Works Department is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join the Operations & Maintenance Division! The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience maintaining and improving public facilities within the State of California and will excel at managing teams, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of facility management. They will be adept at overseeing HVAC, mechanical systems, and general facility maintenance; possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to interact effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members; and will be able to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and implement sustainable facility maintenance practices.
