Information Technology Analyst II: $82,641 - $110,761 annually

The City of Elk Grove is searching for an IT Analyst I/II to join the City’s dynamic and collaborative Information Services Department. The ideal candidate for this job will be team oriented, flexible, and a highly performing multi-tasker. This position will work with our helpdesk staff to provide stellar tier two customer service to City staff and will work primarily with the City’s Police Department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable utilizing a helpdesk system to track issues, provide resolutions, and is an excellent communicator. Experience with imaging and deployments, network troubleshooting, server maintenance and updates, manage and administer Office 365 and Active Directory, working with IT vendors, and IT project management.

This position will require a comprehensive background check. The Department will be creating an eligibility list which will be used to fill a vacancy at either the Information Technology Analyst I or II level. Placement, both at level I or II and withing the salary range, will be made dependent upon the qualifications of the candidate.
