The City of Elk Grove is currently recruiting for its next Real Time Information Center Manager! The Real-Time Information Center (RTIC) leverages multiple technology platforms to provide the most up-to-date information and intelligence to stakeholders within the Police Department and City. The RTIC functions as the Department Operations Center during critical events, as well as our emergency management branch of the City.

The ideal candidate has experience overseeing staff in a real-time information or crime center and

can coordinate real-time data streams, optimize operations efficiency, and implement strategic

solutions to ensure seamless information dissemination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track

record of leading and developing high-functioning teams, possess strong leadership qualities, have

an analytical mindset, and a dedication to quality service. Experience in emergency management is

highly desired.
